Love-Romance
FORSAKEN
Why do we gaze at the moon with great love.
Dream of being forsaken, answers from above.
Magic can remain, when mystic spell is cast.
Can true love die for one– and another last.
Safe we should feel, a human in Luna thunder.
MOON is unique-unchanged-we-can-wonder
Reigning supreme-in-star-studded-night-sky
Ask questions of moon, looking down on high.
Will you ever be lovers, happily share souls.
Two separate sides, unable- makes one whole.
Gradually thoughts of love- lost-went astray.
Like a new full moon, that didn’t care to stay.
Look up wonder, where to from here and now.
Luna has many idols, and to all worship-bow.
To others, you are an icon, wise man in Moon
Tidal pulling magic, no magnetic Luna gloom.
There to remain-reinvent –or to change shape.
Drape a cloud or maybe two, like a misty cape.
I like to think you care, hang silent-in-night sky.
Watching-waiting-hoping, all troubles fly on by.
Of course they do not, we must ride the waves.
Never knowing what relationship, is lost-saved.
But every day we rise, hoping to make our goal.
Love to return, and renourish, sorrow in a soul.
