Love-Romance

                    HEARTACHE

Hearts don’t break, they ache.

Emotions in turmoil, hard to fake.

Restless feelings, when you suffer.

Heart-mind mourn, loss of lover.

Sometimes, you have to walk away.

Before with sanity and soul you pay.

So many factors, must tick the box.

Fifty-fifty balance, not a lot.

If you love, most can be overcome.

Instead of storm clouds, see bright sun.

But when indifference, shuts a door.

Your call necessary, to bolt the door.

How does it happen, who can tell.

Stone hits with thud, water down a well.

You saw it coming, you can’t deny.

Chalked up to experience, and sigh.

Best to move on, than hang around-hope.

In future, with the pain you’d never cope.

These are emotions, which overtime-grow.

Later in time-separate-not friend but foe.
